1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:

2. What Qualifies as an "Actionable Insight"?
An actionable insight is a specific recommendation that:
- Identifies a concrete gap vs. competitors
- Provides exact steps to implement (not vague advice)
- Can be executed within 7-30 days
- Has clear expected outcomes
Examples of Actionable Insights:
- ✅ "Add online booking widget to homepage above the fold (competitor A converts 40% more with this)"

NOT Actionable (vague advice):

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include:
- Your order number or email used for purchase
- Report slug/ID
- Brief reason for refund request
- Response Time: We'll respond within 24 hours (usually faster)
4. Refund Process
Option 1: Report Rewrite (Recommended)
If you're not satisfied with your report, we'll rewrite it with more specific insights based on your feedback. This typically results in a better outcome than a refund.

- Deliver updated report within 24-48 hours

Option 2: Full Refund
If you prefer a refund over a rewrite:
- Approved within 24 hours of valid request
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Funds typically appear in 5-10 business days (depends on bank)
- You'll receive email confirmation when processed
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Requests after 60 days: You must request within 60 days of purchase
- Buyer's remorse: Changed your mind but report was delivered as described
- Competitor went out of business: We analyze data at time of generation
- Market changes: Competitive landscape shifted after report delivered
- Failure to implement: You didn't act on recommendations
- Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute and may deny future service
6. Agency 10-Pack Credits
For Agency 10-Pack purchases ($399):
- Refunds are prorated based on unused credits
- Formula:
Refund = $399 × (Unused Credits / 10) - Example: Used 3 reports, 7 credits remain = $279.30 refund
- No refund for packs with 0 unused credits
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing report access:
- Contact support immediately at support@hwarp.com
- We'll resolve the issue within 24 hours
- If unresolvable, you'll receive a full refund + 20% credit toward future purchase
8. Fraudulent Purchases
If you believe your credit card was used fraudulently to purchase a HWARP report:
- Contact us immediately at support@hwarp.com
- We’ll cancel the order and issue immediate refund
- File a dispute with your bank if needed
- We cooperate fully with fraud investigations
